You can always book tickets directly through GSRTC Toll free contact number which is available for E-Ticketing service platform. As of now, there are no apps supported on Android / iOS / Windows that features ticket booking service for Gujarat state.

How to book tickets using GSRTC online E-Ticketing Service
Firstly you need to login using your username and password in the official Gujarat State Road Transport’s website. There is an option to book tickets, click on the same and proceed further to next step. Now enter your source station, where you will board the bus by typing it slowly and selecting from the match generation.
Enter the destination station, where you will get down or complete your journey. Now state whether you are a lady passenger or booking for more than one people at a time. Input the date of journey and hit search to check the buses available in the route for the day you searched for. Now you will see a list of buses from Express to Gurjarnagari to Sleeper and Volvo (if available) buses in the time frame mentioned.
Select your own timing bus and click on availability status icon on the right most sidebar of the ticket booking portal. Generally the number of buses shown may change / differ according to specific timings mentioned. So make sure you board the correct bus according to the mentioned GSRTC Time Table.
Proceed ahead to the payment option where you can pay by Credit card or Debit card as of now. Enter the details, pay the amount and the ticket will be generated with unique PNR number. You will also receive an SMS on your registered mobile number which is the E-Ticket copy acknowledgement which is sent down to you.
As of now, it is necessary to carry the print out of the ticket if you are going by Express, Gurjarnagri or Sleeper bus. For Volvo bus booking, there is no need to take print out of the ticket which is hassle free once again.
Carrying GSRTC E-Tickets for Onwards Travel Journey
You need to either carry a print out of the ticket generated on GSRTC online website or else carry the phone message ticket (M-Ticket) issued by the website during booking confirmation. If you show the conductor the ticket with valid photo identity proof, it would be a good case to support your tickets.
Generally E-Tickets are most often associated in Volvo and Sleeper Buses on regular basis which makes conductor aware of the passengers about checking tickets. You can also demand refund from the wbesite in case of ticket cancellation according to rules and regulations of journey time.
