The Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) has launched a new facility for all passengers who are looking to avail online ticket booking facility. In fact using phone call feature initiated by GSRTC, you can now book your reserved seats at one go and also pay for your tickets online. This new initiative has been started to avoid multiple queues outside bus terminals to get tickets and have a contactless approach. This feature is now available in most metro cities and crowded bus stand for passenger convenience. You can avail details like PNR facility, seat reservation status in all types of buses operated by GSRTC.
