Recently Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation has started online ticket booking service for their daily Volvo buses from various cities of Gujarat. Now passengers can book tickets online for their onward journey beforehand to avoid last minute rush. Most of the Volvo bus services are available from Ahmedabad Nehrunagar, Baroda (Vadodara), Surat, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Ambaji, Mumbai Central, Vapi and Navsari. Please find below detailed instructions on booking tickets online through GSRTC website for cashless experience. You can also contact the official ticket booking number at GSRTC station for making payment and booking your seats.

Right now the facilities for tickets are also available at GSRTC Depots of available stations where Volvo buses are scheduled timely. However one would definitely like to schedule their journey and plan it accordingly as per needs.

According to the new plan for 2018 year, GSRTC has planned to roll out new fleet of their Volvo services across new and existing routes.

How to Book Tickets Online for Volvo Bus Services in GSRTC

First of all you select the originating station name as per details within the system, type in the destination station details and then select the date as per your choice. You will see the list of buses as under the following:

After generation of bus list with timings, click on the right most button respective to your bus selected from the above.

A window open next which shows the details of the bus stations – For example – Here it is Ahmedabad CBS 1 as departing station and Baroda being the destination name of the station. Other details include your name in full as per mentioned list of Photo identity cards and the card number for verification purpose.

GSRTC Volvo Seat Matrix Selection and Filling Details online

Provide your valid Email address and mobile number where your M-Ticket will be sent to you. Based on the selection of your seats, you will be allotted the number of that seat as per the choice. Click on ‘Submit’ button where summary of details will be shown in next page with payment details.

Here you will select the payment mode – Debit card / Net Banking or Credit card fee payment. You will then be redirected to the payment page from where successful payment will result in M-Ticket generation of the same.

Upon confirmation seats will be allotted and you can travel using your mobile message ticket or print out copy of GSRTC ticket sent to your Email address.
