GSRTC Complaint Phone Number Contact Online for Ticket Refunds


Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) has started initiatives to solve complaints from eligible members in regards to Ticketing and E-Tickets online. Please submit your detailed complaints for addressing the same to the Complaint Officer, GSRTC Head Office. Most of the complaints arise due to online ticket booking issues, processing refunds and cancellation of tickets. People have reported that no refunds are being issued by GSRTC Office in regards to their E-Tickets booked online. You can fill a simple online form as instructed below and the state transport team will reach out to you.


You are requested to report your detailed complaints in regards to the concerns and also report the same with valid proofs to support your query. The Email ID of GSRTC office and Toll free phone number shall be made valid upon consent with the officers of State Government.

Complaints regarding Sleeper, Express, Gurjarnagri and Volvo Buses will be taken for immediate action.

    GSRTC Online Ticket Booking Issues – Post Complaint Details Below

    If you are facing constant issues in regards to getting access to your profile in E-Ticketing website of GSRTC, then please post your detailed message below. There can be issues where amount has been debited from Card / Bank, but ticket not booked online. All these details will come in this category.


    If amount is debited, but receipt not generated or SMS not sent to your mobile – Please post your cases as early as possible to initiate a refund process. Generally the time period to resolve every query can take up to 1 month of time.

    According to the official website, the time taken to resolve will depend on the local GSRTC Bus Depot from centrally controlling nearby bus stations.

    GSRTC Ticket Refund / Cancellations Issues Request Details

    This is another section where majority of the people have faced problem in the past. GSRTC would like to make things smooth by having proper communication with people from time to time. You need to post your Ticket ID number, Trip code and probably the Bus route number as well for proper judgement of your case.


    Make sure all the details are correct – Mention your debited amount while booking tickets and when you applied for refund process online with proper screenshot if available. Otherwise please mention the basic details of your ticket.

    The Refund process is very simple, the amount that gets debited from your bank account / UPI / Wallet will be refunded by reversing the transaction and generally this takes time up to a month according to Gujarat State Road Transport.

    GSRTC Ticket Booked online – Bus Missed / Bus Arrival Time problem

      The payment was processed through successfully..
      The Ticket was not received..
      But, the amount of INR 549/- was deducted from my HDFC bank account
      I had booked seat no. 13 & 14 in the names of DEVRAM & GOKUL which were finally not booked & seen available though this amount being deducted from my account.

      So, we request you to kindly REFUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT IN OUR ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..!!

        1. Sir, As I have traveled from Rajkot to Surendranagar on 22/02/2021. There conductor was not following Corona Guidelines like he has more than 56 seats passengers.You would get surprised total number of passengers are more than 70. Bus timing was from Rajkot 3 pm it was mini bus. When I told him at last he said bad words to me I have that photo of bus number also.

        2. સુરેન્દ્રનગર એસટી ડેપો એ ડ્રાય ફુટ દુકાન વન ડ્રાયફુટ દુકાન 2 જંગફુડ વસ્તુ મળે છે જે કોઈ એક્સપાયરી ડેટ વગરની વેચવામાં આવે છે યાત્રી દ્વારા દુકાનદારને કહેવામાં આવેલ કે આમાં કોઈ એક્સપાયરી ડેટ કેમ નથી બસ ડેપો દુકાનદાર દ્વારા યાત્રીને એવું કહેવામાં આવેલું કે હું બસ ડેપોને મહિને ૮૦ હજાર રૂપિયા જેથી કરીને કોઈ દી ખરાબ વસ્તુ વેચી શકું એક્સપાયરી ડેટ વારી પણ વગરની પણ કોઈ પ્રિન્ટ વગર ની મારો સુરેન્દ્રનગર એસટી ડેપોને એમ કહેવાનું છે કે આ જંગ ફ્રુટ ની દુકાનો બંધ કરો જેમાં કોઈ ખરાબ વસ્તુ વિતરણ થાય છે એક્સપાયરી ડેટ વગરની વસ્તુઓ અને પ્રિન્ટ વગર ની વસ્તુઓ વેચે છે એને બંધ કરાવવા વિનંતી છે

        ગુજરાત એસટી નિગમ દ્વારા ગ્રાહકો સાથે છેતરપિંડી મોકલ બસ માટે ઓનલાઇન તથા એપ્લિકેશન તથા રૂબરૂ તથા ફોન પર કોઈપણ જાતની માહિતી આપવામાં આવતી નથી પણ જો તમે એક્સપ્રેસ તથા deluxe તથા gurjarnagri તથા સ્વીપર માટે માહિતી માંગશો તો તમને દરેક જગ્યાએ માહિતી આપશે તો લોકલ બસની માહિતી કેમ નથી અપાતી

    2. i booked by mobile application 3 tickets from junagadh to nadiad on 15 may 17 but it was showing failure both the time but at same time debit amount of 618 from my bank acount and i couldent get back. i complaining through email on erefund@mail1.gsrtc.in for twice but not get answer yet.

    3. My self Milan Goswami from rajkot.
      I tried for book 3 tickets of GSRTC Volvo bus from Rajkot to Ahmedabad for 12th augest which was schedule at 2 pm from rajkot.
      Transaction was failed by GSRTC but 1228/- rupees was deducted from my bank account. It does not refund yet

      Kindly request to refund my deducted amount.

        I was at Bhuj Bus Station at 16/01/2021 around 12.30pm for and Enquiry with My Mother, But at Enquiry Counter the Person who was On Duty Started Behaving and Talking Rudely with Me and My Mother for No Reason and didn’t Even Answered Properly till the End. I have Stated the Place and Time the Of the Person who was On Duty So Please the Appropriate action Against Him As Soon As Possible So this kind of Incidents doesn’t Repeat.

    5. SIR, SURENDRANAGAR DEPOTT HAS NO TIME TABLE HOARDING FOR FOR BUSES ARRIVALS/DEPARTURE IN THE DEPOTT. CUSTOMER HAS TO APPROCH TRAFFIC POINT FORTHE SAME , I HAD APROCHED DIVISIONAL

      I have so many issues with Valsad Depot. There is no buses running regularly, Valsad to Marla route is almost dead there no bus on time even they cancel the bus route any time, there is always issues with Valsad to Marla route, when we ask them , they are behaving rudely and not answering properly.

      બરોડા, હાલોલ, પાવાગઢ, Date 24/8/2021 Na લેડીઝ કંડકટર નું મુસાફરો સાથે અસભ્ય ભાષામાં વર્તન કરે છે જાહેર પબ્લિક સેવા હોવા છતાં દાદાગીરી કરી રુઆબ વાપરી કાયમી રૂટ મુસાફરો નું હડહડતું સ્વમાન ઘડાય એવું ગેરશિસ્ત આચરેલું. તો તેની સામે કાયદાકીય કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરવામાં આવે. આ રૂટ પર થી કાયમી ધોરણે સજા કરી દૂર કરવા માટે વિનંતી છે.. કરજણ થી ઉપડવાનો સમય 7. 00 AM

This is the new gartc busstand ,dholka…since long time there is no one present in help desk…as u can see there is lock since long time….all passengers suffer due to lack of information about buses …i strongly recommend you to chek why there is no one in help desk …nd take action ..its a request from all passengers present here…
